During 2010-2014, 84 million TL grant was given to 509 projects by Karacadag Development Agency. For 2015, Karacadag Development Agency is making a call for proposals and the grant budget is 28 million TL

1. SME Financial Assistance Program
Program Budget: 12 Million TL
Amount of Support will be given per project:
Min: 50.000.00 TL
Max: 500.000.00 TL
Who can apply?
Direct Financial support can be benefited by who located in TRC2 Region (Diyarbakir and Sanliurfa);
a) Private enterprises (micro and small enterprises),
b) Producer Cooperatives,
c) Manufacturers Associations,
d) Natural Persons.
They can apply by preparing project.
Will be able to give grant support to projects up to 50%

2. Industrial Infrastructure Financial Assistance Program
Program Budget: 4.000.000 TL
Amount of Support will be given per project:
Min: 75.000.00 TL
Max: 1.000.000.00 TL
Who can apply?
a) Governorates,
b) District Governorates,
c) Regional, Provincial and District Directorates,
d) Relevant institutions and organizations with ministries and institutes,
e) Local Authorities (Metropolitan Municipalities, Departments and Affiliates, District Municipalities),
f) Universities, Faculties, Colleges, Research Center within the University,
g) Professional Organizations with Public Institutions Status (Unions, Chambers etc.),
h) NGOs related with Industry sector (Foundations, Associations, Unions and Federations etc.),
i) Organized Industrial Zone Directorates,
j) Industrial Sites Cooperatives.
They can apply by preparing project.
Will be able to give grant support to projects up to 75%

Non-Profit Organizations: Min: 75.000.00 TL Max: 750.000.00 TL

Non-profit organizations; Local Governments, Universities, Professional Organizations with Public Institutions Status, Organized Industrial Zone Directorates, Cooperatives and NGOs,
For-Profit Corporations; Producer Cooperatives, Producers Associations, SMEs
Will be able to give grant support to SMEs’ projects up to 50%, to Non-profit organizations’ projects up to 75%,
