Press and Public Relations Officer contacted with visual and written press representators to promote activities of Agency. At total, 950 news took part in the media about the activities of the Agency during the reporting period. In the same period, 1501 news took part in different websites. 101 news has been prepared and served at the Agency website and also 425 tweets were shared in social media.

Staff Needs Analysis Report prepared by Human Resource Officer. Budget and Accounting Officers carried out financial works on a regular basis. Maintenance and technical support agreements were renewed for the Agency server and network device. Executive Assistant carried out preliminary work and the necessary organizational procedures for Board of Directors Meetings held every month and for other organizations.
